About ACME CARE Ltd
Acme Care is a small family run domiciliary care company. We provide care for adults with disabilities and the elderly.
The company was founded in 2001 by Mrs Edna Price, who retired recently. Her daughter Jo Ainsbury (who has worked in the company since 2009) has now taken over as the Registered Manager.
We are a company who believe that staff and the people who require the service should build up a relationship. We always have double up calls and meet and greets before anybody comes to your door, on their own.
We believe in only using a small care team per person, so there is consistency and a bond of trust formed.
Our goal is to help people maintain the ability to live independently in their homes as this boosts their health and wellbeing.
Our Carers
Our carers are selected because they possess the appropriate skills, empathy and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care. Once the carer has been recruited we continually observe their performance through regular client feedback and spot checks. We ensure all training is being followed and clients are happy with the care they are receiving.
This enables us to employ competent, caring, well trained individuals who are very responsive to the individual needs of the clients and their families.
Clients and family members can be assured they are in safe hands.
Mission Statement
Acme Care understand the importance of involving our clients in organizing their own care plan as they are the only ones who realise their own needs. These needs will help us to devise and maintain intensive and individual support system, which will respect the rights of our clients.
Clients' care packages are reviewed on a regular basis to accommodate their changing needs.
